- 8. Antioxidants. Free radicals in the environment can speed up the skin's ageing process. Antioxidants in your diet or topical antioxidant products applied on the skin can help counter free radical damage. So, ensure that your daily diet includes 2 servings of fruits and vegetables each (rich source of antioxdants such as vitamins C and E).
- 9. Disguise Lines. Light-reflective and light diffusing concealers, foundations and powders are excellent for reducing the appearance of existing fine lines. These contain luminescent particles to reflect light away, making lines less obvious and giving your skin a wonderful luminosity.
