| | 6 / 10 5. Learn to de-stress
Your baby-making odds drop when you're stressed, although experts aren't entirely sure why. In a research published in the journal Human Reproduction, it's been found that pregnancy was much more likely to occur during months when couples reported feeling "good" -- happy and relaxed, and less likely to occur during the months they reported feeling tense or anxious.
Fertility tip: Try relaxation techniques like meditation, massage, acupuncture, yoga, Pilates and breathing exercise to manage stress and stop it taking hold of your life.
