Many women, especially working moms, are so busy juggling work and family they don't have time for themselves. Our plates are full, but ironically, it's the very reason why we should set aside me-time as an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.
Find your personal outlets for blowing off steam, such as a relaxing bath, yoga, or hanging out with friends. Make a commitment to yourself to put aside private just-me time everyday, whether it's 15 minutes or a couple of hours. Take your mind off that project deadline, leave the kids with your spouse -- this time, you are the priority.
