A sandwich is perfect for a quick pick-me-up anytime. Make yours using turkey, which is low in fat and high in protein and make it even healthier with low-fat dressing and cheese.
Directions: Spread 3/4 teaspoon mustard over 2 slices of rye bread. Place 1 slice reduced-fat Cheddar cheese and 2 smoked turkey slices on 1 bread slice. Top with tomato slices, lettuce leaves and 1 tablespoon fat-free Thousand Island dressing. Top with the other bread slice, mustard side down.
