Hanging on to your "fat" clothes
If you find it too much of a waste to just toss out your too-big clothes, donate them or give them to your friends or family members instead. There's really no point holding on to clothes you can't wear. Plus when you keep those "fat" pants, you're giving yourself permission to regain weight!
fat trap #4:
Keeping fruits out of sight.
If you don't see them, chances are you'll forget about them and reach for the less healthy snacks. Something as simple as placing a bowl or basket filled with fresh fruits on your kitchen table will encourage healthy snacking.
